This still is what was said by Dussey himself: Today's reality: Reuters " The ECB would also have control over what the national central banks did with their remaining reserves he (Dussey) said - a ruling which in effect would prevent national central banks from taking a decision alone to sell off gold holdings". The ubiquitous "they" can re-tell it all they want and leave out whatever they want, but it is what the HEAD of the ECB says that I want to know and see quoted. All the rest is just dealers talking their short positions. O/49r
