nougie, I think the company has one lender at the present time. I also think they have 1 or 2 backups in case anything should go wrong. One of those backups I understand is a loan package supported by two separate institutions in a joint deal. I do hope this "information" is correct. I try to shake the trees that I can grab and then filter the info. As much as I will NOT try to take the rap for MISM, MISM is the only one that can do that, I do think we are getting VERY close.
