i am still watching. from what i can imagine, they were unable to get financing due to the track record in KAZ. This country really has its act together. I hope that merger wasn't a last ditch effort to blow off stock for management. PS: Mr. Menzies: thanks for the fax promo on your company you sent to me over a year ago. I never took the bait because i hate KAZ and you always struck me more as a stock jockey than a CEO. I hope you got off enough stock to make the deal worth while. When is the next fax coming?
