Alan, CSGI has only been on NASDAQ since April 8! It traded substantially higher when it was on the BBs.

The big difference between the two is that CSGI has been able to raise millions upon millions in capital. They also did a great job at giving the appearance that their "fully-automated" toolset was far and away the best Y2K tool out there, and did a masterful job at stringing people along via press releases about pilots and alliances with companies like Strategia and Agiss that, for the most part, have proven to be meaningless.

TEDennis will be the first to tell you that CSGI really do have a decent Y2K tool, but their big mistake, IMO, was depending on partners rather than building an infrastructure-- as TPII appears to be doing.

CSGI's President recently resigned and they have yet to replace him. I bet if TPI called CSGI and suggested a merger CSGI would listen carefully. TPI would have a NASDAQ listing and their staff could run the show from Canada. I get the distinct feeling that CSGI's investors just want to make money off the stock and don't really care who helps them achieve that end.
