One could argue that longer testing times lead to better/safer drugs. On the other hand, it also dramatically adds to the expense, meaning a lot of companies don't take good-looking compounds forward because of the risk/reward ratio. I guess I come down on the side of the latter. Also, in the future, I would appreciate it if you capitalized my nickname (Skippy).
