aatkinson- I do feel sorry for you...you so want to have some value....perhaps if you only realized that a 10K was merely a historical document and reveals little of the personality, drive or commitment of the people running a company.... I think Zoltek's problems are significant but hardly insurmountable..... and I believe this company will grow and prosper....With or without your ravings.... So, butt off.... Mike
