Last year I was walking down 4th Avenue near 78th Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn and saw this black jacketed multi-pair hanging out of the sky. My eyes followed it skyward, to find that it was dangling from a pedestal, make that a cabinet, which was mounted on a protected and railed pole stand about fifteen feet above the ground. Since then, I've seen several more, but these are all cross-boxes, apparently, within four to ten or eleven blocks from the CO which is on 77th Street and 3rd Avenue. Go figure.
Yes, I would think that if Supra went to the trouble of enumerating the number of CO's they are interested in, they would most likely be the ones that are centered in densely populated areas. One would hope, in any event...
