Armin, The company still welcomes interested investors in investigating the opportunities for holding partnership units in Processor #1. However, you need to speak with Spencer Maus at 847-266-2055. I don't know if the partnership is being vigorously pursued right now since they seemed to have locked in financing for the short-term through a deep pocketed shareholder. I also want to say thank you to Mark Shulz for his Technical Analysis of the situation. I think you may be right.... ;0) (Notice the wink) Please read my next posting in its entirety. I think you will find it interesting as an example of why the stock has been depressed. However, now that the "cat's out of the bag", it is time for a squeeze. Regards, Ron
