there is no doubt that the timing of the announcement of sadlers transactions was poor for shareholders. it is important to note, however, that the sales took place a couple of months ago (the last time the stock was that high!!) and not recently (or at recent prices !). also, i have been informed that while he only has approx. 69000 shares, he still has over 1 million options. i'm more upset at the comments in the release last night. "sparkling" my ass! and why not publish the financial statements, rather than an abbreviated set of numbers that they can hide behind and try and manipulate the perception of the public by using statements like "sparkling". yes, i'm a little upset!
