I just found out a bit more on NVIC. According to PR, they will be announcing a major contract with a major U.S. city next week. Might be the New York deal that the CEO told me about. Also, a major brokerage just came aboard to do some retail buying. And MH Meyerson is gearing up to be strongly involved, especially once the $5 mark is reached.
