You are correct, we have shown "jerkiness", and sometimes in a street fight all civility is lost. I have a very low threshold for strict BS, and innuendo, and reptition of the same old, same old.
I have taken most of the brunt on this board, but I am still here, and will be here for a long time to come. I have been accused of every act known to man, and some dogs, but I am bloodied, but unbowed, nor quiet.
Might I ask even the shorts a few questions, perhaps to be answered with a small degree of fairness?
Dreyfus and mike Schoenberg have been raked over the coals by everyone, and the man was guilty of buying something that he believed in. Small companies do private placements as a course of staying alive, and CCSI did a few to do just that, to help them get through the FDA, and legitimatize their product, which they did. The only stock that Dreyfus bought that I care about is CCSI, which, incidentally I have never bought 1 private placement in any company, nor have I ever been paid 1 cent, nor recieved free stock, nor stock below the market, in any company that I have invested in.
I have been a one way street on CCSI for 2 1/2 years, and have stated such. If this were an investment class, you would all realize that the final exam has not been graded yet. A few people cheated on the test, and they will make out alright, and a lot of people got dropped from the class because of these cheats, but the remaining members will be rewarded with better than a passing grade, and we will look back at this point in time as a time to be remembered, primarily for its illegalities.
CCSI has been shattered by lies, innuendo, BS, articles in places that I would never believe for their one sidedness, and lack of objectivity. What will be very interesting is will Business Week (3 times), thestreet.com, Bloomberg, Dow Jones, PRNewswire give CCSI the same coverage with good news?
What in the hell does Dreyfus and its holdings have to do with CCSI's business? What is the relevancy. Dreyfus got kicked in the ass for making their shareholders money, a unpardonable sin, I guess.
I don't know what they did, and I don't care, because it doesn't have anything to do with CCSI. But day after day, that is all we read about and hear. Enough already.
Now to my point. CCSI is guilty until proven innocent, that is the American way according to these rules. When they have a partner, what will happen then? Helping babies will be bad, establishing a new market with their Tlc-BiliTest will be a fraud, babies don't need it, parents don't want it, insurance companies won't pay for it, the sky is falling.
Despite what a lot of you say, CCSI was up where it was on people's expectations, and hopes for a new medical device that can really make a difference. Medical experts are frauds, everyone is a liar, people are criminals. This is a whole new form of investment analysis, where nobody is held accountable for what they say or do. I will be happy to take each of you on that point in minute detail, item for item.
CCSI will have a partner, the technology is too important, and the market is too big for some entrepeneur not to take advantage of it. The FDA did not grant CCSI their approval without going over painstakingly every detail in their application, Dr. Maisels, and Dr. Holzman are two highly respected doctors in their fields, and have been subjected to some real dirty comments from some of you low lives.
It is a real crime when people on this board can call others criminals, liars, cheats, and have no accountability. I have a strong hunch that might come back to haunt some of you in a major fashion. I have recieved some very serious accusations, and some threats which are being looked into, and I just hope that I can share the results with some of you, as I have a wonderful sense of humor, and I can take a joke, and I hope that you who are responsible, will be around for the punchline. I am not going away , and I hope that you don't either because it is going to be very interesting.
We will have a deal, and the final score has not been posted, so please stay tuned. |
