RS, yes I've looked into DBC. But isn't this a Windows based application?

The closest I've found to my needs so far is Web Street Securities. They supply realtime updating quotes, and Level II inside the browser (a java app, I think). The charge for this is only $80/month. Also, they are a broker, and charge just $15 per trade, and actually give free trades for 1000 shares or higher.

Sounds good, but I'm very concerned about executions. They only route to their MM (NASH WEISS).

Maybe someone can explain to me why this could be a problem. I know that MB provides the capability to direct orders to SOES, Selectnet, ARCA, and ISLD without additional charges.

If one of the experienced trades would care to comment when each of these order routing choices would be more appropriate than what Web Street provides, I'd appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
