David ,, not so .. many companie's IR gets paid in free shares or options,, one notable is TAVA's Scott and LGPT,, IR who sells as we are buying ..
As for Howard,, I found out the guy was a part timer,, who has signed ,, a non disclosure and non compete clause,, as I understand,, for full disclosure,, IR tells me that they publish ,, what they get and how they get..aslo was told that the IR firm paid as high as 20 cents for some of the shares,,
Suggest people call them direct ,, they will tell you as it's all public knowledge..
