Tito,>The way AMAT performed today --- abruptly dropping to below 30 after jumping Up to 31 7/8 earlier, then closed below 30 --- seems to indicate another AMAT Yoyo drop (of about 10% from 32) beginning tomorrow... I guess you could have another chance to buy around 29...<

A reversal of three hold numbers is required for a reversal either up or down. Within the three point range is just considered noise and not significant. Amat's bull support line is at $27 at this time. If it breaks $27 buy going to $26 then it will go lower. However, in the past has pulled down to the support line or one above it, then reversed up to equal its previous immediate high. The DW immediate double top is at $32. When it breaks this point then, IMO, it will jump upward and quickly it $39.

Using the DW Vertical method method of calculation with the last run up to $32 for a six "x" increase time three we get 18. Adding 18 plus the low of DW low at $26 you get a calculated potential high of$44.00 within the not to distant future. Naturally, when we have significant pullbacks like we had from $39 to $26 we will recalculate.

During the entire process we will be using your stair step process.

If, as Big Bucks and Teri, are predicting, which I do not anticipate will happen, and AMAT breaks the bull support line at $26 then we will probably see the low $20's. I will conside the low $20 as another gift to buy.

IMO, an investor has to consider the downside risk vrs the upside gain to $100 in the future when investing in AMAT. Personally, I lean toward the upside gain potential and willing to risk the short downsider so I am not left behind and chasing the stock upward. But, everyone has their own investment strategy.

We know that AMAT is a gorilla stock, fundamentally sound and has great potential. We just do not know when the tide in Japan and the Pacific Rim will switch. I do not intend to be left behind when the train leaves the station.

Just my $.02.
