I am not following something. You say one thing, and Zeev says another. Didn't Zeev say that if they knew what they were investing for, ie..the merger? then it would be inside information? You say, investors need to know prior to the investment. I am not flaming either one of you, but I am confused here. Isn't it all tied together??
