Well, based on their track record as outlined in the link posted in Message 1855, I am not entirely credulous of their explanations of the power problem; given what little they have released on the problem, I don't think we can safely conclude that the 8 sats will run completely normally on the power they are generating. Certainly, if they wanted to dispel the kind of concern I have, they are not prohibited by any "quiet period" excuse from publicizing more detail.
