This is freely available on the internet at isld.com I use it just about every day.
Right, but using CT, you can set it to default ISLD orders or not, meaning when you see those weird prices of 15/64, you are automatically Bidding the right price, not fooling with the keyboard or mouse...
It sounds like you use ISLD quite a bit. Do you end up getting a lot of partial fills, or is this just a Datek thing?
No, ISLD is notorious for partial fills. CT has a feature that will send an order for 334 shares if you get 666 shares, for example, to get your originally ordered 1,000 shares. It will just keep hammering until it gets the fill, or you can cancel it...same commission if you get a split fill completed in less than 5 minutes (i.e. one commission). The other good thing about the ISLD book on screen is that you can see when you are going to get a split fill, or take a different route (Selectnet Broadcast, for example). |
