Richard: It is strange that no one is noticing this stock. On one hand we have the conservative group of big boys buying med to large caps. On an other we have the gambling group of penny players following momentum strategies. Then their are the small cap group that doesn't seem to be biting extremely hard lately. I call this group the cautious group looking for a great return with minimized risk. When more of the cautious group realize that NTST is a great bargain the hunters will be buying. Until then.
