The Wall Street Journal - July 7, 1998 Small Caps Move Higher, But Trail Blue-Chip Market By THOMAS GRANAHAN Dow Jones Newswires Immucor received clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to market ABS 2000, a walk-away instrument for the hospital blood-bank transfusion laboratory, in the U.S. The stock moved up by 1 7/8, or 22%, to 10 3/8 on the news. This was the only printed mention regarding Immucor that I could find. Surely, business reporters could do much better in their coverage of this event. Only internet related companies appear to be receiving any in depth mention. Regards, Tom
