Curious if anyone knows how much of Yahoo's income was from operations. Also any intended use for the proceeds from the Softbank placement. Does the price of $186/share make the announcement look more enticing?? From what I understand, this will bring Softbanks holdings to 31%, and between them and insiders they have a controlling interest. Can this possibly be a ploy to add extra support to an already inflated value?, Softbank has already made Billions on the books from this share price and wants to sustain it. If I own 31% and pay $186/share, should this not be taken into consideration 1.00-.31 = 69% x $186 = $128/share.
