The reason Keane is working with MD is to offload some of their
current contracts, never mind new ones. Those 450 Front end
contracts they signed in the last couple of years, remember those?
Well, now its time to get the work done. Longs have been hoping
for the Keane relationship for a long time. Their clients don't
care how the work gets done, they just want it done. I have no clue
on what portion of Keanes backlog MD will be working off for them, but
one question is why is Keane working with Matridigm NOW? I think that question
deserves some debate. They already have relationships with VIAS,
PTUS, recommend SEEC, etc. There is a reason for MD/Keane.
Keane already has a huge backlog. Logica is a large consulting
company in Europe, neither one are small potatoes.
Soros, you still holding ALYD? I am glad to see them holding their
own, it bodes well for the whole tool market, IMO. Good luck to you!
