TC: You still don't get it. By the time it traded there would be no inside information. Isn't that correct. A P.P. is not, I don't think subject to the inside info rule, they need info to make a decision. The only people allowed to decide, and act are current shareholders. How would it affect the public? You mean by getting it trading, that would affect the public? The only people that would be against that, would be the shorts, if there are any.
