looking at Oracle's daily chart, it seems that we hit a bottom on monday and tuesday ... both days show a hammer pattern indicating a bottom ... the fact that the buy recommendation comes today may be an attempt to confirm the bottom ... stochastic indicator is just positive after today ... it is probably a good time to start pick up some oracle shares ... looks like it is turning up ...
