Just wondering if you have any opinion on buying puts/shorts on companies that have limitless common stock dilutions protentials like (Perfered Stock, Debentures...). Have been on the other side several times when a company I follow has because of various reasons opened them self up to limitless common stock dilution and one bad quarter of bad news will cause the stock to totally colapse because stock holders hear rumors and am not sure how many shares are outstanding and therefore sell and as the price drifts lower the people holding(perfered stock, debtentures) convert more and more at the lower price until the stock completely collapses.

Thanks,

John
