Steve, I see no reason not to make a bullish case. I agree that NSCP is playing catching games with YHOO and others, but it sure is trying and will be in future. Stock investing is about investing for the future, not the present. You bet the future and make a case for it. If I could have made a case the other way down, I would be shorting it. Please dont tell me you are shorting NSCP at these levels. anyway, good luck.
