BENIAH LAKE Diamond Property
On May 20, 1998 the Company announced it had signed an agreement
dated May 19, 1998 to sell its 50% interest in 16 of the company's
Beniah Lake diamond claims located 140 kilometres north of the city
of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories ("NWT") in the Beniah Lake
area, Mackenzie Mining Division, N.W.T. The May 16, 1998 agreement
provided for a sale price of $1,000.00 and the Company retained a
2% net smelter return, one-half of which could be purchased for
$1,000,000.00.
The agreement which was to have closed on June 30, 1998
did not close and as a result the Company retains its interest
in the 16 claims. The Company also has a 100 % interest in an
additional 17 Beniah Lake claims.
The Company's 33 Beniah Lake diamond claims total approximately
72,000 acres.
The northeast corner of the Company's Beniah Lake diamond property
is contiguous to the south west corner of the
Camsell Lake / Snapp Lake property owned by Winspear Resources Ltd.
