Gator, I did not call doom a liar, I responded with the 10K language, what else is there to respond, it states very clearly 6.4% of future revenues (of these three wells or prospects, I know not which), it does not say that these payment end at conversion and it would be ridiculous to end since they would not start until after drilling which HEC does not have to complete until 2000. I am making one point and only that point. HEC has "danger" written over it because of the fact that they have $50 MM in floorless. Will that danger materialize? I know not. Period. Zeev
