As I see it, this is a one time dividend. You will receive, (example- 1 share in each of the companies owned for every 10 shares of what you have in EDII. Republic Ind.(RII) just did this with a spin off of their waste div. to a new company Republic Services which is wholly owned by RII. This does not appear to be dilution to me. You will be given shares in the other companies which stand on their own.
