Out of the lurker's corner.....sometimes we need to add 1 + 1 to see that it might equal 3.....

Here are two bits from two releases from which many an inference could be made....I'll post them...then I'll infer

April 17,1998
The Investment Banking firm will be raising the necessary capital to achieve future working capital needs, current acquisitions and Nasdaq Small Cap status.

Michael Sheppard, president and chief operating officer of Financial Intranet Inc. said, ''We have interviewed many firms and were pleased with the positive response received from the Investment Banking community. However, Josephberg Grosz responded most favorably to our needs and also met our timeline. This relationship will advance the company to well beyond the next level of its corporate goals.''

And..

May 12,1998

OK all I am saying here is we smell buying at controlled levels...and this would not be the first time an investment banking firm helped jump start a company with accumulating 'treasury stock, etc.'.... wouldn't surprise me one bit to see as part of the agreement to quietly buy shares .... it's in the best interest of the bank which also owns part of the company (in all liklihood), and the company.....

We shall see....steady small buying....I don't think we are far friends,
