Chatty,

The fact that they have not hired a new C.E.O. can be viewed
in one of two ways. Number one, nobody wants to become
associated with a loser, but I doubt that given the nature of human
greed, or number two, they are not going to hire a new C.E.O.
because they know the company will be bought. I have a theory
about the recent purchases, could be that Cayn hired this law firm
to help with (strategic alternatives) sometime back and certain
persons knew this, so they buy shares on the open market. If this
holds water then people out there with average cost basis of around
two $ can feel a little better due to the fact that this level is seen as
a good deal to the insiders who bought. But of course this is pure
speculation on my part, we are simply going to have to wait and see
or sell for huge loses, the latter is not my plan.

Good luck

Henry
