Balu... I absolutely cannot make a bullish case for this company at these levels. Management is confused and rather inept. They are top-heavy and unable to accurately respond to fluid and variable changes in today's rapidly shifting business enviornment. Their best product is given away free and has been unable to establish any secure customer loyalty. Corporate CIO's are using their products for their intranets, but are definitely migrating to enterprise software that includes and encompasses intranet networks. NSCP will likely end up as another technology has-been, regardless of any future alliances with other media co.'s. These guys were arrogant and foolish and will likely file to sell stock upon any alliance announcement. I have some friends inside the co. who are very dissatified with the corporate direction. Time will tell, but I am and will sell rallies on a regular basis(short) for trades. Good luck to you.
