Point is you don't lose if you don't sell. The famous dead cat bounce doesn't always occur on the same day as the news. You may be correct in your assumption that it may hit 5, however any upside tomorrow is at best a good sign. Nevertheless, I have to agree with you on your point of doubling up after a big selloff, it's risky and you could get burned. My feeling is why send money chasing after it when you can just sit tight, it sure beats selling at a loss!
