You have got to wonder why the management is exchanging 500,000 shares of the stock now. Considering that this is their most valuable asset. If you had something that you knew was going to be worth a lot more in the future why would you exchange it now? Seems to me there would have to be a very good reason. Unless you were going to print more. 007
