David: That is old, old news. It relates to the claims of some academics four or five years ago that market makers were making spreads too wide. The NASD changed the rules, and now spreads are tighter. The "manipulation" consisted of charging an extra 1/16 here and there.

Solv-Ex's problems, as you know, have nothing to do with manipulation by market makers or anyone else. Solv-Ex's problems come from the fact that the company lied to investors, raised tens of millions of dollars, then threw them down the toilet and went belly up.

That is all there is to it, and that is all there ever was.
