A 144 does not mean the stock was sold. It just gives the right to sell. Very common from BB's to Blue Chips.

IMO

I cant see Brodzick selling anything at these prices. From our conversations, he feels this stock is severely undervalued. If he wants the money, I am sure he will wait a short while when the price is more in line with the book value. I will try to reach the company today for an update. I suggest trying to call them also.
