Market Makers or dealers can move their bids' and asks' around to their heart's content, on little volume. I believe that market makers
still trade ahead of customer orders. I also believe more than 50%
of the OTC volume is market makers trading among themselves, known
as the churn. If LTGL does the right thing, prudent, ethical, and all that, then time should be the factor that turns this around. The
market makers will not be beat at their game. If the company is for real, then audits, profits, and other tangible and pertinent news will
be delivered and available to investors. No hype, fact.
