DWC, they really kept this quite, I heard nothing, and no action from leaks, I tried to buy 1K this week and did not get it at 2 3/4 wish I had went mkt,....but this is such a gift, I have 1300 @ 5 will just hold for the conversion I guess.....won't give the arbs 3/4 a share! yes a nice deal!!!!!!!!!
