I guess I am participating in this because misery loves company and being a CAYN share holder has been misery lately. The rumors I have heard is that CAYN was trying to hire someone from RATL as a new CEO. I don't think he wanted the job since nothing has happened yet. Also, like everyone else has heard, they are actively seeking a buyer for the company. It's really disappointing to see a company with such a superior product doing such a poor job marketing it. There is also a large defense contractor that is going to set a standard through out the company that will account for several million in annual sales. The companies that are still in the running for the contract are supposedly RATL & CAYN. Time will tell & fortunately I can wait!
