Here is some thing that could also help in explaining the recent price move:

The No. 1 on-line service in the U.S. also said it exceeded
300,000 European subscribers in November. The company began
operating in Germany a year ago and in the United Kingdom and
France earlier this year. The company plans to begin offering
service in Switzerland, Austria and Sweden in January and in
Japan next spring."

AOL hopes to have a million subscribers outside the United
States by September 1997, said Jack Davies, president of new
markets development for the Dulles, Virginia-based company.
``Consumer response has been much stronger than we could
have reasonably expected,'' Davies said. ``It took AOL in the
United States eight years to get to 300,000 members.''

NTN also provides service to those on-line companies. Also remember that Jerry and Dan or Pat were going to Europe to check out the business opportunity there. Company also repurchased shares on the open market and now those shares are in very strong hands.

May see $5 plus by end of year. Jerry is working on cutting cost (overhead). Revenue increases are there, cost of doing busy is what needs to be reduced.
