Called PR firm - we will find out the dilution effect of the private placement in mid August when they file it with SEC. they have 90 days after Private Placement to file with SEC. WEB kickoff slated for the 15th, buy nothing definite, he couldn't say for sure if it was done yet. He stated 31mm shares outstanding with 8mm shares float. I don't think that is correct with latest SEC file. I think the shares outstanding is more like 42mm. There is still a huge % of this company held by insiders, but they are slated to sell a percentage of the holdings.

Looks like the eventual shares outstanding should be 60mm or less. We will see in August.

I'm still waiting to see if the site is successfull. I have a feeling that this stock will need a 2 or 3 to 1 rev split to get the share price into better territory for getting off the BB. (Just an opinion)
