Mark - re: " I think Intel will have bad earnings also." Bad is a relative word. WIll Intel's earnings be as bad as Motorola's - no! Will Intel report massive losses like AMD - no way! Intel is trying to reduce it's cost basis in the middle of a world wide economic crisis in which every major semiconductor manufacturer is hurting big time. Thus, Intel will probably register profits well below their historical highs. But in the light of the overall semiconductor market , Intel's reduced earnings should look FANTASTIC compared to their competition. If you are looking for a miracle, I'm sure the Web offers many URLs that will satisfy your quest. Paul
