I read 1 more even quarter not two. Compare that with AMAT's statement of 2 more quarters with the next one being the worst and that was received positively. What this is saying is that this company is weathering a very difficult period far better than most others in the SOX. I take this as very much goodness, but then again I'm not an analyst. The 4/3 stock split will allow the volume / exposure for ADI to increase. That's two good pieces of news in the forcast. Couple with with improved controls on costs which if maintained during after the semi-market begins to grow again, should mean an increased capacity to grow the bottom line. That's what makes the world go around. Some people see things as half-empty others halp-full. Willyb
