You know Coleen, it,s a losing battle with these people, I don't care what company you pick, anyone can take it apart, bit by bit, and find something that wasn't done, but should have, or this was bought when that should have been bought..None of them will take anything that is going on with EDII as positive, it's a game to them.
For new investors of EDII, when a publicly traded company is profitable, it either invests that profit back into the company, or they pay the owners of the company(shareholders for janice's crowd), in the form of a dividend. Which can be in several forms, cash,stocks, warrants,etc. These people bitch that a reverse stock split is coming, instead we as shareholders are given additional shares, and they bitch about that..there is no winning here....to all complaining about our stock dividends, go back and study stock investment 101, and u will see it is a good thing ....
