I received the following information from Jon Vaux which he has given permission to reprint here. It will bring you up to date on their recent activities and the Telluri-Tek deal.

If anyone did not see the press release on the Cave Gulch #3-29 Madison well, send me an E-Mail and I will forward it to you. Use AXPL on the subject line please, so I won't think it's spam.

Hi Jeff,

AXPL has extended the option agreement an additional 60 days.
Signing of the original agreement took longer than expected, which only allowed Telluri-Tek about three weeks to fund their option. Thus, Ted gave them an extension.

Lak well is averaging 43mmcf/day, an increase over initial production. Mad well is being drilled as we write.

Looking for funds to drill Boone Dome, which AXPL owns 100% subject to federal royalty.
