It's because of companies like American Eco that more and more money is chasing fewer and fewer stocks. So many people have been burned by small caps like this one that investors are sticking with the solid big cap stocks that have a proven track record. That way they tend to avoid the nasty surprises which have become common place amongst the smaller companies.

I agree with some posters who say there will be negative sentiment around this company for a long long time. Better to go elsewhere.
