To Senco followers:

It has been a while since the last update, so here is a little information for the folks following Senco Sensors Inc.

Regulatory
Senco submitted an application for approval under Underwriters' Laboratories Inc. (US certification agency for CO detectors) in March of this year. The company expects certification in late summer to early fall.

Production
Production is now underway and the company is building inventory for the fall heating season.

Marketing
Marketing efforts are actively underway in both Canada and the US. and the response has been very favorable.

Financing
The company expects to close the previously announced $1.2 million private placement financing within the next two weeks.

Summary
With the fall heating season around the corner Senco is actively marketing the Model ONE residential CO detector in Canada. The Company is also gearing up for an aggressive US product launch at the Chicago National Home and Hardware Exhibition in mid August. Upon receipt of ULI certification, Senco will expand marketing efforts in the US market.
