Jeff, why aren't you concerned about the DEPOND allegations? And what the heck is Tech doing wrong to ask about this? He wants to know the answer as to why such statements are being tossed around. I personally would love for someone who knows some facts to step to the plate and clear this stuff up. On the Yahoo ALYD message board this DEPOND has given some case numbers and names that appear to be factual. Not that I necessarily believe it, but if you or anyone else could clear the air this problem would go away.

I think a man who has investor's interest of a couple of hundred thousand shares should know all of the facts. As a matter of fact if you just own 100 shares you would like to know what's going on.

One problem I see is if this could be cleared up today and keep the stock at a steady rise (above 17) we want have those 200,000 shares dumped on us this afternoon.

Please, if you or anyone else have knowledge about any of this mess let's clean the air. I'm not interested in any more negative BS.

I'm in for the long haul and just amazed at how this DEPOND stuff isn't of interest. Something has this guy stirred up.

I certainly would like to hear the pros and cons on this.
