Another interesting and perplexing problem is that both companies have just built their nation distribution centers in the NTx area. Both companies expended a large investment into such a deal. These distribution centers also handle the BTO business, I believe. It would have been more convenient if they were on opposite shores, but like Dell and Gateway, it pays to be in the middle.

I think management is really going to take the deal and run well with it. I know the street has been wary, but my personal opinion is that the Storefront Retail will see a large growth in the 2qtr because the plain Pentium is wearing out. PII sales may see a steady rise as people trade up their systems.
