Ok. I've stopped lurking. I'm seeing some folks kind of coming unglued and given some pretty good advice. Remember, this is not a working company yet. From our reports they are now "fixing up the offices". This isn't like a telemarketing group that is here today and gone tomorrow. MAYBE THEY JUST WENT OUT FOR PIZZA.
They don't have someone hired on just to take calls from "anxious" investors. RELAX. Many of us have given testimonials of selling too early, and you can find folks at the yahoo, aol, amazon, historical sites that got all cranked up emotionally, and filled themselves full of doubts and sold just before the ship came in. We hear that the WEB site will be up before the next weekend. Or soon around there, and after all this time, people are getting all nervous. Its typical. Possible solution. TURN OFF YOUR COMPUTER FOR AWHILE. GET AWAY FROM THE SI TALK. It can become habit forming and if you read about the "big winners" in investing, they DO NOT monitor their stocks minute by minute. They give them a time table to show progress. The leave it alone, up or down, if it looks like it is on track.
If its idea is sound and the management is good. Warren Buffet would call us all crazy for watching this stock like we do. It only causes "investors paranoia" and that can be very detrimental to investment decisions. Look at the sell of on the internets, and figure how many sold because of a "sheep" mentality. And now AOL and
YAHOO are going back up. Tell yourself you are not going to touch this stock for the next 4 weeks. and then go outside, and see a movie, plant tomatoes, but get away from this for awhile. |
