Mike nice list you have started. I would just change one thing and I will just add just one more.....

Things to look forward for MRVC:

- Gigabit Ethernet switch shipped for beta-testing in mid-December, 96.
- Good earnings report in January, 1997. Possible triple sales.
- Intel exercising remaining of warrants.
- Standard for Gigabit switch approved by IEEE as early as March-April,
1997 with the help of Intel who sits in the IEEE committee.
- Gigabit switch shipped in summer 97.
- More???

The line about possibly tripling sales I believe is limited to the MegaSwitch 2. Dont get me wrong this is still a huge stride. Also keep your eye on the CATV/telephony area. I am still wondering what will be next.

Just an observation everyone. I appreciate the trading aspect on this board. I do see the short term desire someone would have following MRVC. Just briefly take a walk down the long term side. We are sitting here with a company that has already positioned themselves for the future with their usual R&D coupled with the Fibronics acquisition. If you think the short term plays have been profitable, just wait til you see the returns of the future.

One last thing folks. I am amused when I hear someone say how knowledgable they are in the market based on their vast experience. The people I respect most in here are posts that have come from Dan S. that has shown all of us his knowledge in the product, and Dan R. has drummed up some great posts, Bob that has done some fine digging, Kovich and Seth that obviously have a good grasp on the market, Lucas that I dont always agree with but sure enjoy his insight, and several others too numerous to mention. Funny that these posters never felt the need to post how intelligent they are, they just simply show it in the quality of their posts.

Regards,
Sam
